- Bordalou Basic Zùsto
- Fresh peach
- Sugar-free whipped cream
- Flaked almonds
- Preheat your oven to 170°C.
- Fill the Bordalou with fresh peach slices.
- Bake until golden brown at 170°C, thawed about 15-20 minutes, frozen about 20-25 minutes, depending on your type of oven.
- Let the pastry cool completely at room temperature to demould properly.
- Top with sugar-free whipped cream and flaked almonds.
