Bordalou Rice with Chocolate Flakes

Ingredients

  • Bordalou Rice 8cm
  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolade flakes

Preparation

  1. Bake the Bordalou Rice frozen 50 min at 170°C, thawed 40 min and let cool at room temperature before unmoulding.
  2. Whip the cream.
  3. Pipe a tower of whipped cream onto the cold bordalou.
  4. Cover the whipped cream with chocolate flakes.
