Bordalou basic with pastry cream

Would you like to use our Bordalou Basic and still keep your own baking thin? Then this method is ideal.

Preparation

  1. Cut the aluminium mould loose and remove the Bordalou Basic.
  2. Place the Bordalou Basic in the desired baking thin.
  3. Fill the raw Bordalou Basic with pastry cream.
  4. Bake the bordalou frozen for 20 to 25 min at 170°C, thawed for 15 to 20 min and let cool to room temperature before unmoulding.
