- Bordalou Basic Zùsto

- Preheat your oven to 170°C.
- Bake until golden brown at 170°C, defrosted about 15-20 minutes, frozen about 20-25 minutes, depending on your type of oven.
- Let the pastry cool completely at room temperature to de-mould properly.
- Top the pastry with sugar-free whipped cream, chocolate chips and cocoa powder.
