Bordalou Base Zùsto with baked peach

Ingredients

  • Bordalou Basic Zùsto
  • Fresh peach
  • Sugar-free whipped cream
  • Flaked almonds

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C.
  2. Fill the Bordalou with fresh peach slices.
  3. Bake until golden brown at 170°C, thawed about 15-20 minutes, frozen about 20-25 minutes, depending on your type of oven.
  4. Let the pastry cool completely at room temperature to demould properly.
  5. Top with sugar-free whipped cream and flaked almonds.
