Preparation
Preheat your oven to 170°C.
Bake until golden brown at 170°C, defrosted about 15-20 minutes, frozen about 20-25 minutes, depending on your type of oven.
Let the pastry cool completely at room temperature to de-mould properly.
Mix the sugar-free whipped cream with the hazelnut spread.
Cover the pastry with the hazelnut whipped cream.
Gently press the pastry into the hazelnut paste.
