Bordalou Basic Zùsto
Fresh peach
Sugar-free whipped cream
Flaked almonds
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 170°C.
Fill the Bordalou with fresh peach slices.
Bake until golden brown at 170°C, thawed about 15-20 minutes, frozen about 20-25 minutes, depending on your type of oven.
Let the pastry cool completely at room temperature to demould properly.
Top with sugar-free whipped cream and flaked almonds.
