Bordalou Base Chocolate with raspberries

Ingredients

  • Bordalou Base Chocolate
  • Whipped cream
  • Coulis framboos
  • Frambozen
  • Cress

Preparation

  1. Bake the bordalou for 10 to 12 min at 170°C and let cool room temperature before unmoulding.
  2. Whip the cream.
  3. Fill the Bordalou Bottom Chocolate with whipped cream.
  4. Top with Raspberries, Coulis and Cress.
