- Powder sugar
- Bake the bordalou frozen for 15 to 20 min at 170°C, thawed for 20 to 25 min and let cool to room temperature before unmoulding.
- Cover the bordalou with Perfect Dessert Salsa Exotic Lime and top with Mini Sfera Yuzu.
- Finish with lime zest and powder sugar.
