Bordalou Basic with Mini Sfera Yuzu

Preparation

  1. Bake the bordalou frozen for 15 to 20 min at 170°C, thawed for 20 to 25 min and let cool to room temperature before unmoulding.
  2. Cover the bordalou with Perfect Dessert Salsa Exotic Lime and top with Mini Sfera Yuzu.
  3. Finish with lime zest and powder sugar.
